摘要
为探讨恶性肿瘤患者内微量元素变化，本文采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定了４１例恶性肿瘤病人血清中锌、铜、铁、硒、锰５种元素含量及铜／锌比值，并以３８例正常人为对照。结果表明：恶性肿瘤患者血清中锌、硒、锰低于正常人，铜、铁及铜／锌比值明显增高，与正常组比较有显著意义（Ｐ＜００５）。提示：血清低锌、低硒、低锰、高铜。
In order to probe the change of serum trace elements in patiens with malignant tumor,the contents of the elements Zn,Cu,Se,Fe,Mn and the ratio of serum Cu/Zn in 41 malignant-tumor bearing patients were determined by a coupled plasma atomic emission spectrum and compared with those of 38 normal people.The results showed that the serum levels of Zn,Se,Mn in malignant tumor bearing patients were significant lower, while the levels of Cu,Fe and Cu/Zn ratio were higher than those of control ( P <0 05, P <0 01 respectively).These results indicated that low serum Zn,Se and Cu/Zn ratio might be related with malignant tumor.
