摘要
我国渔农村社会养老保险经过十多年来的发展积累了一些经验,但也存在着许多难以克服的弊端,海岛新型渔农村社会养老保障问题日益成为严峻的社会问题。为迅速改变这种被动局面,文章在分析我国海岛新型渔农村社会养老保险制度现状的基础上,通过对现有制度存在问题及原因分析,提出了改进和完善的基本设想。
By 10 years of the development, China＇s rural social old-age insurance of fishing village has accumulated some experience, but there are still many disadvantages can＇t be overcome. Old-age insurance system of fishing village in new islands is rapidly becoming a serious social problem. In order to change this passive sit uation, based on the analysis of the current situation of China＇s old-age insurance system of fishing village in new islands,through the analysis on problems and causes of the existing system, the paper put forward the sugges- tions in order to improve and perfect this system.
