摘要
本文基于定量的横向耦合关系和纵向模型,建立了一种新型的横向分布动态模型.提出了新的控制策略:采用多变量GPC算法实现多执行器的协调控制,其分块循环的控制输入大大简化了参数估计与模型修正,引入并行处理机制,将控制算法分解在多处理机系统中实现,提高了高维多变量GPC的实时性.
This paper establishes a novel dynamic model of the control technique of cross directional basis weight profile(CDBWP)based on the cross directional static coupling relationship and CARIMAX model on the machine direction. Then, a new control strategy of CDBWP is suggested. The cooperating control of multi actuator is realized by using the multivariable GPC strategy. The parameter estimating and model correcting algorithm are simplified. A high dimensional GPC algorithm is decomposed into parallel algorithms. It is proposed that parallel control algorithms are implemented in a multiprocessor system.
