摘要
天津市红桥区集成人教育、高职教育、中职教育、职业培训教育等资源优势于一体,组建了职业教育中心,为职业教育的发展搭建了更好的舞台,拓展了更大的空间,对建设"特色就业文化"、建设"双师型"教师队伍等问题作了探讨。
Tianjin Hongqiao District integrates resources advantage including adult education,higher vocational education,secondary vocational education and vocational training education together to establish the vocational education center which sets up a better stage and expands a bigger space for the development of vocational education.The paper discusses the problems about the construction of ＂employment culture with characteristics＂ and that of the ＂dual-qualification＂teaching staff.
