儿童1型糖尿病酮症酸中毒10例临床诊治分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的1型糖尿病酮症酸中毒(DKA)的临床特点,以提高对儿童糖尿病的认识。方法回顾分析儿童DKA临床资料及诊治措施。结果10例DKA中4例以呼吸道感染、3例以腹痛腹泻、1例呕吐为首发表现;短效正规胰岛素静脉泵维治疗DKA效果好。结论DKA起病临床表现不典型,常以消化道、呼吸道感染就诊,加强对本病的认识,完善常规检查,防止误诊误治。
