摘要
针对文献信息资源建设和文献信息服务走向网络化的背景,在明确文献信息资源的基础上阐述了文献信息资源建设中需要着重处理的三个重要关系。根据我国不同地区信息化程度、信息资源分布、信息服务需求等存在巨大差异的现实,提出了省地区级文献信息资源建设的重点和对策。
The development of information resources construction and information services is toward to the network environment.On the basis of identifying the content of documentary information resources,three important relationships needed to deal with during construction were put forward.According to the reality that there are huge differences in degree of information application,distribution of information resources and information services demands in different regions of China,a province-centric solution was advanced with the priority of information resources construction and corresponding countermeasures.
