摘要
本文对中国在清洁发展机制(CDM)下的造林、再造林碳汇项目即林业碳汇的发展历史、现状,进行了回顾、梳理与总结,对未来的发展趋势进行了分析和探讨。
As the post - Kyoto Protocol consensus gradually forming, the world is stepping into the new age of low - carbon economy. Since forest has significant influence on the climate changes, the forestry development is now facing unprecedented opportunities. Under such background, this paper firstly presented the history and the current status of the carbon sequestration forestry development in China, and then discussed and analyzed the development trend in the future.
