摘要
针对目前矿井制冷降温系统设计与优选的粗略性,提出一种矿井制冷降温系统方案优选决策方法。首先从众多能够反映矿井降温系统特性的指标中,按照技术、经济、环境影响三个方面,确定10个指标形成矿井制冷降温系统方案优选决策评价指标体系;其次采用相对重要性序列矩阵法确定了各指标的权值;最后提出运用多目标决策法对矿井降温系统设计方案进行优选决策。研究成果在山东赵楼煤矿的应用表明:井下集中式冷水降温系统适合赵楼煤矿具体条件,可以较好地解决矿井采掘工作面的高温热害问题;系统建立后,降温效果显著,采掘工作面温度降低幅度最小4.2℃,最大可达9.0℃;应用所确定的评价指标及其权值,采用多目标决策法能够客观公正地确定出最优降温方案。
Aiming at the coarseness of mine refrigeration cooling system design and optimization,put forward a new kind of mine refrigeration cooling system optimization and decision method.Firstly,in accordance with the three factors such as technical,economic and environmental impacts,established 10 indices with "Delphi Method" from a number of indicators which could reflect the characteristics of mine cooling system.The index system for evaluating mine refrigeration cooling system was made up of these 10 indices.Secondly,the weights of each index were derived with the method of the relative importance of the sequence of matrix.Then proposed using the multi-object decision method to determine the optimal scheme of mine cooling system.At last,the studies were applied to the practice of Zhaolou Coal Mine.The results show that centralized chilled water cooling system in the underground is suitable for Zhaolou Coal Mine.This kind of cooling system is a good way to solve the heat-harm problem on mining faces,and the cooling effect is significant.For example,the largest temperature reduction on mining faces can reach 9.0 ℃.And with the determined evaluation indices and weights,using the multi-object decision method can ascertain the optimal case objectively and impartially.
