摘要
目的了解基层医院护士在职培训现状及需求,为完善护士在职培训体系提供依据。方法采用整群抽样,对永嘉县镇级及以上医院的全部在岗护士进行自设问卷调查,内容包括在职培训情况及对在职培训的需求。结果277名护士中,毕业后接受学历教育的171人次;进行在职继续教育的223人次,其中院内培训的119人次。不同级别医院、职称护士对培训内容需求差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对护理操作技能培训需求一级医院护士比二级医院高,对护理新知识培训需求二级医院护士比一级医院高;对护理操作技能培训需求护士职称者最高,主管护师最低;对护理新知识培训需求护师最高;对相关知识培训需求主管护师最高。结论基层医院护士在职培训缺乏规范管理,培训目的性不明确,内容针对性不强,外出学习新知识机会少。目前护士最需要培训的内容是护理新知识,卫生行政部门应统一部署,可委托护理学会制定护士在职培训计划并落实到位。
Objective To understand the status quo and demand of nurses for on-the-job trainings.Methods A survey on status quo and demand for on-the-job training were carried out among all the nurses in Yongji hospitals at or above county level.Results For all the 277 nurses involved,totally,171 nurses received academic education after graduation,and 223 received on-the-job training,including 119 receiving in-hospital training.The different demands for training content of nurses at various levels and various professional titles were statistically significant.Nurses in first-class hospitals had more demands for nursing skills than those in second-class but less for new nursing knowledge.Nursing skills were most needed among the nurses but least among the nurses-incharge,while new nursing knowledge was most needed among the nurses-in-charge but least among the nurses.Conclusion Onthe-job training for nurses is not regular in management,unclear in training purpose,and unenough in outside learning chances.The most needed training for nurses at present is new nursing knowledge.
