摘要
在分析我国现存选煤工艺缺陷的基础上,提出三段选煤模式比较符合洁净煤技术发展趋势,论述了小直径煤泥重介质旋流器分选工艺流程和特点。结果表明,当入料压力为240kPa、煤泥重介质旋流器的入料密度为1.26t/m3时,溢流密度为1.07t/m3,底流密度为2.02t/m3,具有极好的分选效果。
Based on analysis of the disadvantage of present coal cleaning technology adopted in China,proposed is the mode of three-stage separation,considered to be more accordant to the development trend of clean coal technology.Discussed are the technical process and special features of a small diameter HM cyclone for coal slime;results attained that at a feed pressure of 240 kPa,medium density of feed being 1.26 t/m3,that of overflow,1.07 t/m3,and underflow,2.02 t/m3,a relatively good separation achieved.
