摘要
目的探讨脑包虫病患者围手术期的护理经验。方法回顾性分析和总结11例脑包虫病患者行手术治疗的护理经过。结果11例患者手术均成功,平均住院13.8d,无1例出现并发症,术后随访2-4年,患者无复发。结论通过对脑包虫病患者实施针对性的围手术期护理,提高了手术成功率,避免了术后并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate the experiences about perioperative nursing care for patients with cerebral echinococcosis.Method Nursing points in caring for 11 patients with cerebral echinococcosis,including preoperative nursing,postoperative condition observation,wound and drainage tube management and observation of complications,were retrospectively analyzed.Results All the operations were successfully performed without any complication.No relapes occurred in the next 2 to 4 years of follow-up period.Conclusion Perioperative nursing care plays a major role in successful operation and reducing complications.
