健康教育路径在甲状腺切除术患者中的应用

摘要 目的探讨健康教育临床路径在甲状腺切除术患者围手术期的应用效果。方法将80例甲状腺切除术患者随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各40例。对照组采用传统的健康教育方法,实验组采用临床路径图的健康教育方法。结果实验组患者疾病相关知识掌握率为95.0%明显高于对照组的80.0%;实验组患者对护理工作满意度为95.0%明显高于对照组的80.0%,两组比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论健康教育路径有利于保证健康教育的有效性,提高患者疾病知识掌握和对护理工作的满意度。 Objective To explore the effectiveness of health education by clinical pathway for perioperative patients with thyroid resection.Methods Eighty patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,40 in each group.A general health education was used,in the control group and health education through a clinical pathway was used the experimental group.Results Patients in the experimental group learned 95.0% of disease-related knowledge,higher than that in the control group,who learned 80.0%;the satisfaction rate in the experimental group was 95.0%,significantly higher than 80.0% in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P 0.05).Conclusion Health education through clinical pathway is conducive to the effectiveness of health education,and improves patients' knowledge of disease control and their satisfaction rate to nursing work.
