危害分析与关键控制点原理在区域化集中消毒供应模式中的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的保证区域性集中消毒供应服务的质量安全,间接降低运营成本。方法将危害分析关键控制点(HACCP)原理应用于区域化集中消毒供应模式,通过危害分析找出关键控制点,建立纠偏措施,实施监控和验证。结果实施6个月后,区域性消毒供应服务过程常见质量缺陷的控制情况、客户满意度、灭菌物品合格率均有明显改善,与实施前比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论将HACCP体系引入区域性集中消毒供应过程管理中,能够预防性进行消毒供应服务的质量控制,提前发现不合格,及时纠正或终止小合格过程,降低不合格产品。 Objective To assure the quality control of regional sterilization supply, resulting in an indirect save of operational expenses. Methods The research method is to apply the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles to the model of regional sterilization supply, addressing the Critical Control Points through conducting a hazard analysis, establishing the correct actions and carrying out monitoring and verifying. Results After 6 months implementing the HACCP plan, it indicated the improvements of quality control of regional sterilization, customer satisfaction, and conformity of sterilized items. In comparison with the statistic figures collected before conducting HACCP plan, the differences showed significant. Conclusions Addressing HACCP system into the supply process of regional sterilization is fundamental to improve quality control as identifying, eliminating and reducing the hazards being realized.
