摘要
炉渣作为骨料制备喷射混凝土可以降低混凝土自重,减少回弹,但易出现分层现象,因此研究了粉煤灰对炉渣喷射混凝土性能的影响。研究表明,粉煤灰可以改善混凝土的和易性,降低炉渣混凝土的分层度,提高炉渣喷射混凝土的后期抗压强度、降低混凝土的弯曲韧性,提高矿用喷射混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性。
Slag aggregate which can be prepared as shotcrete can reduce the weight and rebound of concrete,but it is easy to appear layered phenomenon,so influence of fly ash on properties of mining shotcrete has been studied.Studies have shown that fly ash can increase the cohesion of concrete,reduce hierarchical degrees of slag concrete,increase the compressive strength of shotcrete slag,reduce the flexural toughness of concrete,and improve the mining shotcrete anti-chloride ion penetration.
