摘要
通过12根配置HRB500级钢筋的混凝土梁在集中荷载作用下的受弯试验,分析了试验构件的受弯性能,讨论了GB50010—2002《混凝土结构设计规范》中关于受弯承载力和裂缝宽度计算公式的适用性,同时对掺入聚丙烯纤维的构件进行了对比试验研究。试验结果表明:配置HRB500级钢筋的混凝土梁的受力性能与普通钢筋混凝土梁相同,可以按照《混凝土结构设计规范》中的相关公式计算受弯承载力及裂缝宽度。同时掺入聚丙烯纤维能够提高受弯构件的开裂荷载,增加裂缝数量,减小裂缝间距及裂缝宽度。
According to flexural test of 12 reinforced concrete beams with HRB500 steel bars under concentrated load,the bending performance was analyzed.Suitability of calculation formulas about bending capacity and crack width were discussed in Code for Design of Concrete Structures (GB 20010-2002),and comparative study of flexural members added polypropylene fibers was carried out.The test results indicate that the flexural members with HRB500 steel bars can work as well as the common RC flexural members,and the related formulas in Code for Design of Concrete Structures can be used to calculate bending capacity and crack width of the members.Because of adding polypropylene fibers,crack load of the members is improved.The number of crack is increased,and crack spacing and crack width are decreased.
