摘要
护士工作场所暴力作为一种职业危害因素严重危害了护士的身心健康，降低了护士工作积极性，影响了护理质量。本文阐述了护士工作场所暴力的原因、对护士和护理专业的影响，并提出了相应的对策。
The violence on nursing workplace, as a factor of occupational hazards, has seriously hurt nurses physical and psychological health, depressed working positivity, influenced nursing quality. This paper set forth the causes of violence on nursing workplace and its effects on the nurses and nursing specialty,and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
