摘要
针对高温环境及大电流要求,对混合型限流熔断器的关键部件-大电流高速开断器开展了研究。说明了爆炸活塞式高速限流开断装置的结构及工作原理,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立了热电耦合模型,对温升进行仿真。推导了爆炸活塞式开断器可靠分断所需药量的计算公式;基于研究所得出的结论,研制了DC320V/2 500 A原理样机,进行了温升实验,样机在额定通流下炸药装药位置温升29 K,满足高温环境应用要求。设计了相关试验测试线路,完成了实际爆炸分断时间测试,试验结果表明,药量计算准确,开断器样机分断时间约为110μs,能满足电力系统短路限流分断要求。
According to the demands of large-current and high-temperature environment,large-current high-speed interrupter is investigated,which is the key component of hybrid current-limiting fuse.The structure and operating principle of the interrupter based on explosive piston are introduced and its thermoelectric model based on ANSYS is build to simulate the temperature rise.The calculation formula is deduced for the detonator quantity to reliably break the interrupter.Based on these,a 2500 A/320 V prototype is developed and experiments are carried out,which shows that,the temperature-rise of detonator chamber is 29 K under rated current and the requirement of high-temperature environment is met;the tested explosive breaking time is about 110 μs with the designed experimental circuit,the calculated detonator quantity is proved correct and the requirement of power system for short-circuit current limiting is satisfied.
