摘要
目的观察川芎嗪注射液治疗糖尿病肾病肾衰竭的疗效。方法58例糖尿病肾病肾衰竭患者随机分为两组:治疗组(30例)和对照组(28例),两组均给予均基础治疗,治疗组在基础治疗上加用川芎嗪注射液,240 mg/d,21 d为一疗程,观察疗效。结果治疗组总体疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论川芎嗪注射液治疗糖尿病肾病肾衰竭有一定的临床推广价值。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ligustrazine hydrochloride injection in treating renal failure caused by diabetic nephropathy.Methods58 diabetic nephropathy patients with renal failure were divided into two groups randomly：treatment group（30 cases）and control group（28 cases）.Two groups were given basic treatment.The treatment group were treated with ligustrazine hydrochloride injection（240 mg a day,21 days for a course of treatment）beside bacical treatment.The effects were observed.ResultsThe efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.ConclusionLigustrazine hydrochloride injection is valuable in treating renal failure caused by diabetic nephropathy.
