刚玉质浇注料孔结构的分形特征 被引量:12

FRACTAL CHARACTERISTICS OF PORE STRUCTURE OF CORUNDUM BASED CASTABLES

摘要 分别以铝酸钙水泥和ρ–Al2O3为结合剂,制备了2种刚玉质浇注料。利用Menger海绵体模型和压汞试验数据,探讨了浇注料经不同温度热处理后的孔结构分形特征。结果表明:刚玉质浇注料的孔结构与结合系统关系不大,其临界孔径为1μm,显示出双重分形特征,微孔区间(≤1μm)的分形维数小于大孔区间(>1μm)的;热处理温度对浇注料孔结构分形维数的影响比微粉填充的影响更为显著。在微孔区间,自由水蒸发导致的分形维数大于结晶水脱失导致的,并远远大于烧结导致的;在大孔区间,烧结导致的分形维数则大于气泡导致的分形维数。 Two corundum-based castables were prepared using calcium aluminate cement and ρ–Al2O3 as the binder,respectively.Fractal characteristics on the pore structure of castables heat-treated at different temperatures were investigated by means of Menger sponge model and mercury intrusion porosimetry.The results show that the pore structure of corundum-based castables is not related to the bonding systems and exhibits double fractal characteristics with the critical pore size of 1 μm.Fractal dimension of the micro pore size interval(≤1 μm) was smaller than that of the large pore size interval(1 μm).Influence of heat treatment temperature on fractal dimension of castables pore structure was dominant rather than the micro powder filling.In the micro pore size interval,fractal dimensions(D) had the following characteristics:D caused by evaporation of free water was larger than that caused by dehydration of crystal water,and much larger than that caused by sintering.However,it was found that D caused by sintering was larger than that D caused by air bubble in the large pore size interval.
