摘要
校院两级管理体制的改革是高校内部管理体制改革的热点之一。通过对北京某高校、院两级管理现状进行调研,从校、院两级人员的主观感受反思校院两级管理现状及存在的问题,对校院两级管理体制改革提出了建议。
The reform of two -level management on university and its institutes is one of the hot spot of reform on university and its institutes＇ internal management system. Through the research on the status of two - level management on a university and its institutes in Beijing, reflected the status and problems of two - level management on university and its institutes are reflected from the staff＇ s subjective feelings, some suggestions on the reform are reformed.
