摘要
对医学院校教师的职能进行了实践和总结。从传道、授业和解惑三个方面阐述医学院教师应当担负的责任。指出临床课教师的首要任务是传道,包括行医之道和交流之道;教师授业应注重引导,不仅传授专业知识,而且传授学习方法;教师还应主动体察学生们的疑惑,关注他们的成长。
This paper discusses the clinician task in medical university from the three respects： preaching, school teaching and disabusal. The clinician should instruct medico how to be a good doctor and how to communicate with their patients. The clinician should focus on guidance during the process of teaching, not only showing knowledge, but the way of getting knowledge. The clinician should understand the thoughts and feelings of the medico and care about their healthy growth.
