蛋氨酸在MnHCF修饰电极上的电化学行为及测定 被引量:2

摘要 制备了铁氰化锰修饰玻碳电极,采用循环伏安法研究了蛋氨酸在修饰电极上的电化学特性,并建立了一种电化学检测蛋氨酸的新方法。在最佳实验条件下,线性伏安扫描的峰电流与蛋氨酸浓度在2.0×10^-5-2.0×10^-2mol/L范围内有良好的线性关系,线性方程为Ip(μA)=0.0589C(μmol/L)+2.7(r=0.9996,n=5),检出限为5.0×10^-6mol/L(S/N=3)。将该修饰电极用于蛋氨酸样品的测定,结果满意。 A new method for the determination of Methionine based on the manganese hexacyanofe- wate modified glassy carbon electrode was described. The electrochemical characteristics of Methio- nine at this modified electrode were studied by cyclic voltammetry in detail. Under the optimal conditions the method showed good linearly for 2. 0 ×10^-5-2.0×10^-2mol/L of Methionine with a detection limit of 5.0 × 10^-2mol/L( S/N = 3 )by linear sweep vohammetry. The method was verified by the determination of Methionine with satisfactory results.
