摘要
先以丙烯酸羟乙酯与六氯环三磷腈反应,再和甲醇钠或乙醇钠进行第二步反应,分别制得甲氧基取代和乙氧基取代环三磷腈丙烯酸酯衍生物.将2种烷氧基取代环三磷腈丙烯酸酯经乳液共聚,获得的聚合物乳液应用于棉织物的阻燃整理.测试了阻燃棉织物的阻燃性能,结果表明:甲氧基取代环三磷腈丙烯酸酯共聚物整理棉织物续燃时间为6.3 s,阴燃时间为0,损毁炭长为7 cm.2种共聚物磷含量基本相同时,甲氧基环三磷腈聚合物用于棉织物整理阻燃效果更好.
Two penylalkyloxacyclotriphosphazene acrylate intermediates were prepared using hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene, hydroxyethyl acrylate and sodium methoxide (or sodium ethylate) as materials. Two copolymer emulsion was prepared from these two penylalkyloxacyclotriphosphazene acrylate and applied on cotton fabric flame-retardant finish. The flame-retardance of treated cotton fabrics was measured. The results showed that the flame-retardant cotton fabric finished with the penylmethoxacyclotriphosphazene acrylate copolymer was tested with 6.3 s of combustion time,and 0 of smoldering time and 7 cm of carbon length. When the phosphorus content was equal, the flame-retardant effect of penylmethoxacyclotriphosphazene acrylate copolymer treated cotton fabric was superior.
