概述了传感器研究现状与发展趋势,探讨传感器在机电一体化系统中的应用,并分析我国传感器技术发展的若干问题。
Introduce the present situation and the development tendency of sensor. Inquire into the application of sensor in the meehatronies system. And analyse some problems in the process of development of sensor in our country.
