摘要
我国社会已经进入城镇化快速发展时期,建立适合我国国情且能促进农业劳动力转移的新型农地制度,是新农村建设、推进城市化进程的一个重要课题。对江西抚州市农村土地流转展开深入调查、分析、研究和探讨,提出深化土地使用制度改革,创新土地流转机制,使土地资源得到有效利用;以土地流转为契机,建立土地政策协调机制,完善农村社会保障体系,实现工业与农业、城市与乡村发展的良性互动。
With the arrival of a new era of urbanization,China is confronted with the important issue of establishing a new agricultural land system of rural land transfer in conformity with China＇s characteristics in order to boost the cause of urbanization and new countryside construction.Through studying the reality of agricultural land circulation of Fuzhou City,the paper holds that it is important to take advantage of land circulation in order to deepen the reform of land use system,innovate land circulation system so that land resources can be more effectively used.
