Strategic Analysis of C2B Based Intelligent E-commerce Model

摘要 采用系统分析和价值链理论,提出了一种基于C2B的智能化电子商务模式,并分析这种商务模式框架特点和优势。然后,从企业战略角度分析了该模式在电子商务市场环境下的竞争优势,并与传统模式进行了比较分析。最后,结合典型案例实证分析了这种新型的电子商务模式的现实意义,针对这种电子商务模式特点制定一套竞争战略,并对战略进行详细论述。 The paper presents a novel kind of intelligent and value chain theory. In comparison with conventional e- commerce model based on C2B via system analysis models, it then illustrates the advantages of this model in the e - commerce environment from the perspective of enterprise strategy. Finally, the practical significance of this model is investigated through successful enterprises in e -commerce, and a suite of policies for implementing this model are formulated and discussed.
