摘要
文章针对高温抗盐降滤失剂的性能要求进行了分子结构设计,优选多种带有磺酸基、酰胺基和阳离子基团聚合单体合成出JAA降滤失剂。在对降滤失剂产品的分子结构及抗温性能进行表征的基础上,评价了降滤失剂的高温抗盐性能。试验结果表明:在150℃条件下,降滤失剂能够明显降低基浆的高温高压滤失量,其高温抗盐性能接近或达到国内外同类产品的先进水平。
Based on the action mechanism analysis and molecular structure design of filtrate loss reducer, the monomers with sulfonic, amido, cation radical groups were optimized and the JAA copolymer was synthesized. The structure and temperature resistance of copolymer molecular were characterized, and the high temperature resistance and salt tolerance performance of the JAA was evaluated. The resulf showed that the JAA filtrate loss additive can reduce high-temperature high-pressure filtration loss of slurry, and its performance of high temperature resistance and salt tolerance reached or approach advanced standards.
