摘要
路径理论和知识理论是技术创新研究不可分割的一个整体。基于SECI模型中显性知识、隐性知识转化的视角,剖析了企业技术创新过程中知识创造和路径演变关系的内在机理,构建了知识视角下企业技术创新路径演变模型。
The path theory and knowledge theory are important parts in the research of technology innovation. On the base of SECI Model and the transformation between explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge, it analyzes the inherent mechanism between the creation of knowledge and the path of evolution. At the end, it constructs a model of enterprise technology innovation path evolution.
