摘要
本文对环境监理的现状、存在的问题等进行了论述分析,提出了环境监理应具有作为建设项目环境管理重要制度之一的法律地位的论点,并对建立环境监理制度提出了建议。
The article discusses the status and problems of enviromnental supervision. It suggests that the environmental supervision should be an integral part of Construction Projects Environmental Management System as its legal position. Additionally it proposes some suggestions on how to build environmental supervision system.
