摘要
通过试验研究及工程实例分析,探讨不同的早期养护方式对混凝土抗水渗透及抗氯离子侵入性的影响。结果表明,同样的混凝土在不同的养护条件下,其抗水渗透能力有着十分显著的差别:按抗渗要求设计的混凝土,如果没有及时充分的养护,抗渗等级仅达到P3;而按不抗渗设计的混凝土,如果加强早期养护,其抗渗等级可达到P14。电通量的测试结果与此类似。试验结果与工程实践表明:加强早期养护,是提高密实性和抗渗性的关键性措施;养护越早,对提高混凝土抗渗性能越有利。
Permeability of concrete is an important parameter indicating concrete durability. Based on experimental study and engineering cases,influence of early maintenance on impermeability of concrete is discussed. The results show that under different maintenance conditions,concrete samples with the same mix proportion show up different impermeability obviously. If there is no maintenance timely,the impermeability grade could be obtained P3 only. Contrarily,if early maintenance is applied in time,the normal concrete without impermeable requirement can acquire the impermeability grade of P14. The rapid chloride penetration test according to ASTM 1202 reflects the similar results to water permeability test. The experimental results and engineering practice indicate that early maintenance is key measure for improving compacting and impermeability of concrete.
