摘要
医用卫生材料是医院开展医疗业务活动必不可少的物质材料,医院卫生材料管理中出现的问题,直接影响了医院管理年的落实,并造成医院财务管理工作的不规范。在医院卫生材料的管理过程中,实行卫生材料实耗实销管理,同时加大对患者治疗过程中卫生材料使用的监督力度、加强对医护人员的教育,对确保卫生材料安全、有效、低价、高质量地投入使用以及患者的利益和医院经营的健康发展尤为重要。
Sanitary materials are substential to commence the medical business.Mismanagement in the sanitary materials will directly affect the implementation of the Hospital administration year and lead to irregular financial management.It is crucial to implement the policy of selling materials that based on the actual using amount and to strengthen supervision of using sanitary materials as well as the education of the medical staff,in order to guarantee using the sanitary materials safely,efficiently and in a qualified way as well as to ensure patients＇ benefits and the development of hospital.
