摘要
在分析地方性高校开放实验室建设意义与现状的基础上,提出开放实验室体系改革的具体思路,即更新理念,调整思路,明确地方性高校开放实验室建设的目标定位;建立和完善基于个性化服务模式的开放实验室管理制度;丰富开放实验室的活动组织形式;提高开放实验室教师的组织指导能力;建设开放实验室的特色资源;营造开放实验室的特色文化氛围。
Based on the analysis of the significance and the current situation of opening laboratory in local university,this paper puts forward some concrete reform measures of opening laboratory system,that is, updating the philosophy,adjusting the thinking,defining the constructive objective in local university, establishing and perfecting the management system facing application arrangement, enriching the organization forms,improving the teachers＇ guidance abilities,constructing the characteristic resources,and creating the specific cultural atmosphere.
