摘要
为了有效监控列车分离、空气制动等故障和提高列尾装置的可靠性,基于数据融合技术,设计了一种压力传感器和GPS测距技术相结合的列尾装置。该装置由列车头部管理器和列尾监控单元组成。列尾监控单元监测尾部制动管压力和用GPS标定车尾位置并将信息通过无线方式发送给车头管理器。车头管理器用GPS标定车头位置并与车尾位置比较计算列车长度。对列车实时长度和制动管压力进行数据融合和分析以对列车运行状态进行准确判断。样机试验结果表明故障判断准确,系统可靠性高。
In order to effectively monitor train separation, air brake failure, etc. and improve the reliability of devices, ibis paper combines a pressure sensor and GPS location technology for designing a train-rear-end device based on data fusion technolo- gy. This device includes a train head manager and a train-rear-end monitoring unit. The train-rear-end monitoring unit measures the pressure of the brake pipe and finds the location of the train end using a GPS, moreover sends the information to the train head manager through wireless module. The train head manager finds the location of the train head and calculate the length of the train. The length and pipe pressure data are fused, then the status of train is determined accurately. The experiment results of a prototype show that the failure diagnosis is right and the system is reliable.
