摘要
气相色谱技术产生近一个世纪来,对气、液体中组分的快速、准确分析有了突飞猛进的应用和发展,在我国空分行业中,得到了广泛应用。然而,时值今日的色谱分析仪器、分析技术无论在理论指导,还是在实际应用方面都存在诸多不尽如意,热导池检测器性能、载气纯化、气路系统及进样量等一系列分析因素,正严重阻碍着色谱技术的发展。单因素分析条件的改进已显得越来越力不从心,全面、系统地改进色谱分析仪结构,才是提高气相色谱仪分析性能的必由之路。结合攀长钢公司空分制氩分析,对色谱分析条件进行探讨。相信这方面的改进,会促进色谱技术的提高。
Gas chromatography technology has been applied and developed on fast and accurate analysis to gas and liquid components for nearly a century, which also has been widely used in China's air separation industry, however there existed lots of problems not only in the theoretical guidance on chromatography instruments and analysis techniques, but also in the practical applications. Series of analysis factors, such as TCD detector performance, carrier gas purification, gas path system and the injection volume, has seriously hampered the development of chromatographic techniques. Combining with the situation of argon's production in our company, the condition of chromatographic analysis has been discussed in this paper in order to improve chromatography technology.
