摘要
工程造价控制贯穿于项目建设的全过程,尤其是设计阶段对工程造价的影响重大。文章介绍了建设项目工程造价管理的现状,阐述了设计阶段加强造价控制的必要性,提出了工程造价控制的主要方法。
Engineering cost control is carried out through entire process.Especially,the cost control in design phase has a remarkable influence on the total engineering cost.This paper introduces the current status of engineering cost management of construction projects,expatiates on necessity of enhancing cost control in design phase,and brings forward main ways to control engineering costs.
