摘要
和谐是指人们对自然和人类社会变化、发展规律的认识,也是人们所追求的科学的价值观、方法论。中国白酒中的和谐美主要来自于其内在品质。从白酒色、香、味、格及外包装的协调几方面论述了"和谐"酒的酿造,其中"和谐"酒的关键点是香味幽雅谐调、风格独特典型。
Harmony means peoples＇ understanding of the change rules and the development rules of nature and society. It is also the lofty pursuit value for people. The harmony beauty of Chinese liquor comes from its internal quality. In this paper, the production of harmony liquor in the aspects including color, aroma, taste, styles and packaging etc. was elaborated. The key point of harmony liquor is harmonious aroma and typical styles.
