摘要
根据广州—佛山城际轨道交通盾构施工区段的地质情况,采用土压平衡盾构机进行施工。施工中须采取一定的技术措施,避免盾构机在富水砂层作业中出现地层沉降、隧道喷涌、盾构姿态难控制等问题。文章就其工艺流程、操作要点及关键材料的配合比等施工技术要点作简要介绍。
According to the geology conditions of shield construction section in Guangzhou-Foshan Intercity Rail Transit, the earth pressure balance shield machine is adopted for construction. A certain technical measures must be used in construction to avoid the problems of ground settlement, tunnel spewing, and difficult control of shield posture appeared in water-rich sand layer operation by shield machine. The technical points, such as technological process, operation points and mixture ratio of key materials, are briefly introduced.
