摘要
蛋白酶对于细胞保持结构、适应变化和维持稳态具有重要的作用。分别概述了蓝藻中Clp、Deg、FtsH蛋白酶的蛋白组成、结构特点和细胞内功能,重点讨论了这3类蛋白酶与光合系统反应中心(PSⅠ、PSⅡ)的受损修复过程以及D1蛋白亚基的降解之间的关系,从而为蓝藻蛋白酶的研究提供借鉴。
Proteases play important roles in keeping cellular structure,adapting environmental change and maintaining cellular homeostasis.Protein component,construction features and intracellular function of Clp,Deg and FtsH proteases in cyanobacteria was reviewed in this paper.Relationships between Clp,Deg and FtsH proteases and repairing process of impaired photosystem reaction centers(PSⅠ and PSⅡ) or degradation of D1 subunit were mainly discussed.This paper would provide useful data for further research on cyanobacterial proteases.
