基于图像投影变换的鸡蛋破损检测 被引量:3

Egg Crack Detection Based on Image Projection Transform

摘要 提出了基于梯度增强和投影变换的禽蛋破损检测算法。该算法对透射鸡蛋图像的G分量进行Prewitt算子梯度锐化、最大类间法自适应阈值分割,对分割后的图像进行投影变换、信息提取,最后建立隶属函数,进行鸡蛋是否破损的判断并输出判断结果。试验表明,该方法检测效率高,平均检测准确率达到95%。 A new method for egg crack detection was proposed on the base of image enhancement by computering gradient and image projection transform.In this method,G gray level image of all egg images were preprocessed by prewitt algorithm and segmented by OTSU algorithm,then usable information was extracted and used to judge whether the egg was cracked one after the processed image had been projection transformed into another field.The results showed that this approch was efficient to detection which its accuracy could reach 95%.
