摘要
普通高校继续教育资源是保证普通高校继续教育活动有效进行的各种条件,对其进行整合是为了实现有限资源的最大效益。湖北省是高等教育大省,其普通高校继续教育资源整合意识缺乏、资源相对分割垄断,已有的整合只游离在表浅层面只有完善普通高校继续教育管理体制,整合现有资源,提高资源利用率,才能引领普通高校继续教育资源发挥综合效益。
Colleges and universities＇ continuing education resources are guarantee to ensure that colleges and universities＇ continuing education activities can be carried out effectively.In order to achieve the best results,the limited resources should be integrated,while in Hubei,the awareness of integrating continuing education resources hasn＇t been aroused;the resources are relatively monopolized;and the existing integrations only stay at the superficial level.Therefore,colleges and universities＇ education management system should be bettered to integrate existing resources,and improve resource utilization to make full use of the resources and reap best comprehensive benefits.
