摘要
目的了解天津市社区居民中医药适宜技术的需求情况。方法采用横断面调查方法,对天津市两个城区17家社区卫生服务中心进行系统调研,并在两区各抽取4家社区卫生服务中心的164例患者进行问卷调查及访谈。结果天津市社区居民两周患病率呈逐年上升趋势,心脑血管疾病和糖尿病等慢性病是影响天津市社区居民健康的主要疾病。在参与此次调查的164例患者中有125人(76.22%)首选中医药技术服务,72.63%的患者认为其疗效好、副作用小。结论社区居民对中医药技术的知晓度、认知度和认可度较高,有较为强烈的需求,因此应在社区卫生服务机构中大力推广普及中医药适宜技术,使其成为我国基本医疗卫生制度中一项重要的战略选择。
Objective To survey the demand for traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） appropriate technologies among the community residents in Tianjin. Methods The cross - sectional survey was conducted in 17 urban community health services （CHS） centers of Tianjin, and questionnaire survey and interview were conducted among 164 patients from 4 centers. Results The morbidity rate of two weeks of the residents in Tianjin was increasing year by year. The major diseases influencing the resi- dents＇ health were cardiocerebrovascular diseases and diabetes mellitus. Among the 164 patients 125 （76. 22% ） took TCM ap- propriate technology as their first choice in CHS centers, and 72. 63% of the patients held that the TCM technology was better in effect and less in side - effect. Conclusion The awareness, recognition, and acceptance of the community residents for TCM technology are of higher degree, with a stronger demand. So it is an important strategy in our basic medical system to popular the TCM appropriate technology in CHS centers.
