闽台合办具有中医特色食品科学与工程专业的探索

摘要 中国传统文化重视"医食同源"的理论,而营养与保健也将成为新世纪食品工业发展的一大主题。在此形势下,如何利用海峡两岸中医同根同源的有利条件,发挥各自优势与特点,在中医学院合办特色食品科学与工程专业是值得探索的新课题,以我校该专业的合作办学思路与实践为主线,为在高等中医药院校开展该专业提供一些新的思路。 Chinese traditional culture thinks highly of the theory of food and medicine originating from the same source.The topic of nutrition and health care will be a major one in the development of food industry in the new century.A new question being worth studying is to offer a specialty of food science and engineering in TCM universities cooperatively by utilizing the favorable condition of cross -strait and same -root Chinese medical sciences and bringing their own advantages and properties into play.The paper provided a new train of thought based on the idea and practice of the specialty offered cooperatively in our university.
