摘要
我国农村改革以来,中国农民先后推出了家庭承包责任制、乡镇企业、专业户、小城镇、农民工、私营企业、股份合作制、村民自治等九大创造,为中国农村改革和农村发展做出了巨大贡献。改革中农民的这些创造对新农村建设具有重要的启示价值,在新农村建设中,应进一步完善这些创造,继续尊重农民的首创精神,并注重制度创新。
After reform, China’s peasants have created nine new social things, which include the system of family contractual responsibility, rural enterprises, specialized households, small towns, mobile peasant workers, private-owned enterprises, share-cooperation system, peasants’autonomy, and industrialization in agriculture. Through these creations, China’s peasants have contributed more to the rural reform. During the process of new-village construction, we should consummate these creations further, and continue to respect peasants’creative spirit, and pay attention to bring forth new rules.
