摘要
文章通过对新疆高校学报开展深入学习实践科学发展观活动的研究指出,开展深入学习实践科学发展观活动要紧密结合新疆高校学报当前存在的主要问题,制定新疆高校学报今后发展规划。
The article researches the studying activities conducted by the editorial staff of Journal of Xinjiang Normal University to the Outlook of Scientific Development,pointing out that theoretical study should combine with practice,especially with the problems in the journals for the editorial staff,to improve the quality of journals.The article also calls for the making-up of development plans of journals in higher schools of Xinjiang.
