摘要
采用稀释平板法,调查云南省会泽县铅锌矿区和非矿区3种野生植物——小花南芥、毛萼蝇子草和中华山蓼的根际微生物在含不同浓度镉或铅的选择平板上的生长情况,结果表明:除放线菌外,铅锌矿区和非矿区3种植物根际微生物能在含Pb或Cd的选择平板上生长,但Pb和Cd显著或极显著抑制根际微生物在含Pb或Cd的选择平板上生长的数量;铅锌矿区3种植物耐Pb和耐Cd的根际微生物数量显著或极显著多于非矿区。
Rhizosphere microorganisms of 3 wild plants,i.e.Arabis alpina Linn.,Silene pubicalycina and Oxyria Sinensis Hemsl,in abandoned lead-zinc mine and non-mining area in Huize,Yunnan,China were investigated by selective plates containing different concentration of Cd or Pb.The results showed that:the rhizosphere microorganisms except actinomycetes of 3 wild plants in lead-zinc mine and non-mining area could grow on the selective plates containing Cd or Pb,but the quantity of rhizosphere microorganisms was decreased by Pb and Cd significantly or extremely significantly;the quantity of Pb and Cd tolerant rhizosphere microorganisms of 3 wild plants in lead-zinc mine area was significantly or extremely significantly higher than that in non-mining area.
