摘要
以岗位需求为切入点,创建学院与医院共同管理的高职护理人才培养模式,实践结果表明,该模式提高了学生的综合素质,体现了职业教育的特色和内涵,培养了技能型护理人才以满足临床需求。
Taking position requirements as an entry point,we established the nursing talents training model under the comanagement of institution and hospital. Practice has proved that the training model improved the students' comprehensive quality,embodied the characteristics and connotation of vocational education,and cultivated skilled nursing talents to meet clinical demands.
