摘要
该文运用计量经济学的理论和方法，选择改革开放后十二年的数据资料，对煤炭行业固定资产投资、积累与折旧进行了定性分析和定量分析，构造出了数学模型，给出了提高固定资产使用效果的有力措施。
This paper makes use of the theories and methods of econometrics, and analyzes qualitatively and quantilatively the investment accumulation and depreciation of fixed assets of Coal Industry based on the sample data after China reforms and opens the door, structures the mathematical model and presents the measures for improving the effect of fixed assets use.
