摘要
介绍了由C8051F017构建的智能二线制温度变送器,分析了系统实现的理论依据。硬件采用低功耗线性变换器MAX1616和TLC27L2、TLE2021运算放大器,通过信号处理模块对采集的被测信号进行放大,再用数据处理模块进行信号的软件线性化处理,最后通过V/I变换模块把反映温度的线性变化信号调制成电压信号后,转换成相应的电流信号(0~16mA),加上系统的静态电流4mA,形成4~20mA的电流信号通过二线电流线输出。软件采用查表法和计算法结合的插值法。该装置精度可以保证在0.1%,可靠性较好,电路简单,成本低,体积小,生产调试方便。
By building a smart two-wire C8051F017 temperature transducer system,the theoretical basis for system hardware and the usage of low-power converter MAX1616 and linear operational amplifies TLC27L2/TLE2021 are analyzed.The collected signal is amplified through the signal processing module,then linear processed by data processing software module,and finally modulated to voltage signal through V/I conversion module.The voltage signal is converted a corresponding current signal(0~16 mA),and together with the system 4 mA static current forms a 4~20 mA current signal output through the second current line.The software uses the interpolation method combining the look-up table method and calculation method.The device ensures the accuracy of 0.1%,better reliability,simple circuit,low cost,small size,and easy debugging.
