摘要
介绍一种新型的自动电站远程监控系统。它除了可以对自动电站系统进行三遥（遥控、遥测和遥监）操作外，同时还能对机房里的其它一些设备如：直流电源、中央空调系统等进行监测。系统主要由分布于各机房现场的下位机可编程控制器ＰＬＣ和异地的远程监控计算机ＰＣ所组成，两部分之间通过调制解调器ＭＯＤＥＭ经电话网（或专线）建立通讯联系。
A kind of new remote monitor and control system for the automatic power station is introduced in this paper. It provides not only the remote operation (including remote control, remote measurement and remote monitor) of the automatic power station, but also the monitor of other devices such as DC power, centralized air condition, etc. The system is mainly composed of programmable controller of the lower end computers distributed in the computer rooms and the long distance monitor PCs, which are linked by MODEM through telephone net (or other special lines).
