摘要
刘-费-拉二元经济理论一度是指导发展中国家经济发展的理论基础,在该理论的导向下,中国的经济发展陷入了工业产能过剩与农业剩余不足并存、高资本积累率与城乡失业并存、投资过度与消费需求不足并存的困境,国家利益因之受损,经济发展高度对外依赖,缺乏自主性和可持续性,主导产业低端化。只有客观认识二元经济理论的局限,构建新的经济发展模式,才能实现中国经济持续发展和结构调整的目的。
Lewis-Fei-Ranis dual economic model used to be the theoretical basis for the developing countries to develop their economy. However, China＇s economic development has run into trouble the lack of agricultural surplus and the excess of industrial production coexist, high rate of capital accumulation and unemployment both in urban and rural area coexist,excessive investment and inadequate consumption coexist which does harm to our country＇s interests. As a eonsequence,China＇s economic development depends highly on the foreign countries and lacks independence and Sustainability,and the leading industries are not advanced. Only recognizing the limitation of dual economy ,constructing new economy development model,can we achieve the aim of China＇s sustainable economic development and structural adjustment.
